A session's page

Time and tracking. What one Claude session's page shows, and how to relabel a single session.

Every tracked Claude session has its own page. Open one from a grey block on the Day view, from a project page, or from a heatmap cell.

The figures

  • Your hours: active time at the keyboard in this session.
  • AI wall-clock and agent-hours.
  • Claude waited: reply gaps longer than your idle threshold.
  • API-equivalent cost.

Timeline and events

A timeline of the session, then its events in time order: tool calls and links to pull requests. Long sessions show the first 200 events and say how many there are in total, for example "Showing the first 200 of 1,234 events."

Cost by model splits the API-equivalent cost across the models the session used.

Relabelling one session

The session normally takes its project's label: who the work is for and what kind it is. Use "Override for this session" to give just this session a different owner or work type, for example a call you took for another client in the same folder. The page marks it "(overridden)". The project's own label doesn't change.

To change the label for the whole project, use "Edit label" on the project page instead.
