Overview
Overview is the workspace owner's summary page. Choose a range at the top right: 7 days, 30 days or All time. Times are in SAST, and costs count on the day a session started.
The figures
- Your hours: active time at the keyboard, using your idle rule, plus time you entered by hand. Overlaps count once.
- AI wall-clock: time any agent was running, with parallel runs merged.
- Agent-hours: every agent's running time added up.
- Leverage: AI wall-clock divided by your hours.
- Active, Supervised and Autonomous / AFK: how the time split between you working, you directing the AI, and the AI working while you were away.
- Entered by hand: calls, meetings and other time you entered yourself.
- Claude waited for you: reply gaps longer than your idle threshold. Gaps over 12 hours count as a resumed session and are left out.
- Real cost: your Claude subscription for the tracked days in the range, in rands, including any subscription for tracked days on which no session started.
- API-equivalent: what the same tokens would cost on the API.
- Sessions and PRs opened.
Budgets
If any project has a budget, a Budgets list shows up to six of them, most burnt first: a split bar for your time and AI cost, used against budget, the level, and an "ahead of progress" flag when spending runs ahead of the work done. Each links to the project's budget.
Notices
- A banner when the last nightly backup is more than 36 hours old, or there is none.
- A notice when an entry has been running for over 12 hours, with a field to type the time you really stopped.
- A notice when projects need a label, with a link to the Inbox.
Your idle rule is set in Settings. A new value applies after the next hourly sync.
