The Team page

Teams and members. Seats, usage and waste for the people you manage, the leaderboard, and adding members, agents and teams (Team › Manage).

Team shows the people you may see. The workspace owner sees everyone. Anyone else sees themselves and the people who report to them, each only for the time they reported to them. Choose 7 days, 30 days or All time.

At the top

  • Paid seats and their cost for the range.
  • Idle or never used: no Claude Code activity in 7 days.
  • Idle seat cost.
  • API-equivalent, and how many times the seat cost it is.

Execs who don't see everyone also get "Whole company": totals across every team, as sums only, with no one's row outside their own team.

The table

One row per person (their title, teams and who they report to under the name): seat, status, last activity, hands-on and Claude working hours, API-equivalent, value ratio and wasteful spend. Active days, sessions, prompts and way of working are on each person's page. "Under-used" means the API-equivalent is below a quarter of the seat price. A warning shows when the Claude account a person uses differs from the one on file. Filter by team with the links above the table.

Leaderboard

People and agents on the same measures. Claude Code subagents and skills come from Claude's own cost data; your own agents from the tasks they report. Cheapest finished task first.

Adding people (Team › Manage)

Execs, managers and the owner can, on the Manage tab:

  • Add a member: name, email, title, role, who they report to, Claude account email, seat and price, and cost per hour. Managers add people into their own team; only an exec sets seats and makes someone an exec.
  • Add an agent: anything that works for you and reports finished tasks, such as an invoice workflow. Agents don't use a seat.
  • Add teams (execs and the owner): practices or departments. A person can be in more than one.

Roles

  • Exec: manages anyone but the owner, sets seats, sees company totals.
  • Manager: manages the people below them.
  • Analyst: sees their own page.

Then open each person to invite them to sign in.
