A member's page

Teams and members. One person's or agent's numbers, details, teams, sign-in invite, keys and leaving.

Open a member from the Team page. You can open your own page, and the page of anyone you manage or managed. Their data shows only for the periods you managed them. Each action shows only if you may take it.

Numbers (last 30 days)

Last activity, active days, API-equivalent cost and value ratio against the seat. For people, also their way of working and "Where the spend went", sorted into buckets with the patterns behind them. Start coaching from the largest pattern.

Details and teams

If you manage them, edit name, email, title, role, who they report to, Claude account email, seat and cost per hour. Email can only be changed by the workspace owner, and not once the person has signed up. Teams sets which groups they are in; leaving a team keeps their history in it.

Sign-in

"Invite" makes a one-time link valid for 14 days, bound to their email. It is emailed if email is set up for the workspace; otherwise copy it to them. "Cancel invite" stops the link working. Once they sign up, the page shows "Signed up".

Setup on their computer

Each member normally sets up their own computer from the Setup page. As a fallback, "New token and setup" makes a key and a settings block to add to their Claude Code user settings, merged with anything already there. This sends usage only (never prompt text); it doesn't install the runner, so AI drafts still need the Setup page. Give each key a label, such as "work laptop". It is shown once.

The table lists every key with when it was made and last used. Revoke stops that key at once.

For an agent, the same section gives a key the agent uses to report finished tasks.

Recent sessions

When each session closed, the folder, and how long it ran. Folders under Work/CODE/deal count towards that deal.

Leaving

"Archive member" frees the seat from today, stops their keys and moves their reports up to their manager. Their history stays. Execs and the owner only.
