Settings: tracking, backups and export

Teams and members. The workspace owner's settings: idle threshold, subscription, label rules, pricing floor, sync, backups and export.

Settings belongs to the workspace owner.

Idle threshold

After Claude replies, gaps longer than this many minutes count as away (1 to 120). A chart of your reply gaps helps you choose. A change re-syncs every session on the next hourly run.

Subscription

Your Claude plan in US dollars per month. Real cost is this amount, spread by day from your first tracked session to today, and split across the sessions started each month by their share of API-equivalent cost. Enter 0 if you pay nothing. Under Past months, enter what you paid in earlier months; saving stores every month shown, so a later plan change doesn't rewrite them.

Label rules

Rules in JSON that suggest labels in the Inbox, matched against project name, git remote and folder paths. See "Labelling projects in the Inbox".

Pricing floor

Take-home pay, overheads and working time, with the full breakdown. See "Your floor rate and the quote helper".

Sync and storage

Each computer that syncs and when it last did ("stale" when overdue), and the database size, with a warning near the limit.

Sync key

The key the Mac collector uses. See "The owner's Mac collector and /hours".

Backups

The nightly encrypted database backup: when it last ran (SAST), its size, a hash prefix and where it is stored. "No backup yet", or a warning when the last one is more than 36 hours old; Overview shows the same warning.

Export

Download your data:

  • Everything (JSON).
  • Single tables as CSV: sessions, projects, clients, revenue, time entries, estimates, invoices, invoice lines and invoice payments.

Settings secrets (sign-in, sync keys, backup status) are never included.

Customer workspaces

For the operator: open a workspace for a firm. See "Invites and switching workspaces".
