My numbers are empty

FAQ. Why Me, Team or Today show nothing yet, and how to get the first numbers in.

Numbers only appear once something has arrived from Claude. Work through these.

Is your computer set up?

If Me says "Your computer isn't set up yet, so nothing can arrive", finish the Setup page. Until Test my setup passes, nothing from your Claude can reach Cardinal.

Has Claude been used since?

Usage arrives as you use Claude Code, not before. Open Claude, ask it something, and check again. Telemetry usually arrives within seconds; the session list on Me fills when a session closes.

Is it in the range?

Me and Team show a range: 7 days, 30 days or All time. Try All time.

Which Claude use is counted

Claude Code in the terminal: yes.
Claude Desktop's Code tab: yes, it reads the same settings.
Cowork: not on individual plans. On Claude Team or Enterprise your admin turns on Cowork telemetry in the admin console.
Chats on the Claude website or apps: no.

Status says "Never connected"

That means no telemetry has arrived for you yet. Cardinal can't tell "never used Claude" apart from "settings not added". Check that your Claude settings still contain Cardinal's settings; another tool may have replaced the file.

Money columns are blank

AI cost in rands needs an exchange rate. A notice says so until the daily rate job has run. People cost on Deals needs each person's cost per hour.

Today has no verdicts

A project needs some time, or a price, before it can be judged ("Too early" or "No price"). Set your floor in Settings, under Pricing floor, so earnings can be compared.

Workspace owners

Overview, Day and the other tracker pages are filled by the collector on the owner's Mac, which syncs every hour. Settings shows when each computer last synced.
